Our Developmental & Behavioral Specialists provides evaluations, treatment, and services for children, teens, and young adults from birth to 22 years-old with developmental, behavioral, and learning needs. Restore Healthcare Pediatric Therapy provides patients and families with comprehensive care for neurological & developmental delays, autism disorders, learning disabilities, delayed speech, ADHD, and more.
A few of the techniques used by our Practitioners is Intensive Behavioral Intervention (IBI) and Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI) as a method based on extensive therapy. Restore Healthcare Pediatric Therapy uses a systematic approach to teaching complex skills through the use of reinforcements such as critical thinking, behavioral intensive therapy, augmentative and alternative communicative, picture exchange communication, sensory integration, applied analysis (ABA) therapy, oral-motor and motor therapy, and PROMPT (a neuro-developmental approach for speech production disorders).

Autism
ABA Therapy
Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) has been endorsed by a number of state and federal agencies, including the U.S Surgeon General. It is an evidence-based treatment approach that is data driven; it uses techniques and principles to bring about meaningful and positive changes in behavior. Data is collected on target behaviors, analyzed by the BCBA and behavior therapists. Then, therapy decisions are made based on trends contained within in data.

Since the early 1960’s, ABA, has been used by hundreds of therapists to help children with autism by teaching communication, play, social, academic, self-care, work and community living skills and by reducing problem behaviors in learners with autism.
